I have great faith and confidence in our civil servants.

I believe that the report is of great value.

I feel the Committee has done a thorough job of investigation and I wish to call your attention to these suggestions, some of which, I am sure, would be helpful.

They should be strong enough to see that unified multiple-purpose development is planned for, and works operated harmoniously in each basin-wide comprehensive system.
