All land Keahala, Kaneohe, Koolaupoko, Island of Oahu, Territory of Hawaii, which was withdrawn and set aside for military purposes by Executive Order No. 2075 of November 9, 1914, and subsequently known as the Keaahala Military Reservation, and which has not heretofore been restored to its previous status by Executive Orders No. 4036 of June 26, 1924, No. 4143 of January 28, 1925, and No. 5637 of June 4, 1931, is hereby restored to the jurisdiction of the Territory of Hawaii.
