The Office of Economic Stabilization, established by Executive Order No. 9250 of October 3, 1942, together with an Economic Stabilization Director at the head thereof, is hereby re-established, with the same functions, powers, and duties which it possessed immediately prior to the issuance of Executive Order No. 9620 of September 20, 1945.
