I, Harry S. Truman, President of the United States, acting under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution of the United States and by sections 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Title 50 of the United States Code, do proclaim that Proclamation No. 2537 of January 14, 1942, prescribing and proclaiming regulations governing the issuance of certificates of identification to alien enemies, is hereby revoked.
