I am very glad to be here today in Groton, Connecticut.
We are assembled here to lay the keel of a Navy submarine, the U.S.S. Nautilus.
And I think we have started something that will, in the long run--maybe 50 years from now--make history.
If we could devote a full share of our energies to the peaceful development of the atom, it should soon be possible to bring this new source...
