I, Harry S. Truman, President of the United States of America, acting under the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the statutes, including the said section 350 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do proclaim that the said proclamation of July 3, 1937, is hereby terminated as of the close of May 31, 1951.
