The gentleman would not have to do that. If he would have taken the coalition or the Blue Dog budget, he would not have had to do that. We would not be here today making this decision on these type of amendments if you would just forget the tax cut, forget it. Why do you not just forget it? We would not have to make these terrible decisions between choices of very good programs just so you can give money in a tax cut bill.
