To be honest with my colleagues, Mr. Chairman, I am quite disappointed from the gentleman from Illinois because I well remember last year, as we debated the access to clinics bill, and we were on the same side on that issue.

Now how many times has Fed Ex tried to get this provision in other bills unsuccessfully before this bill?
Now if this was purely a technical little provision that really did not harm anybody or do anything, they would not have that problem; would they?
It is very apparent, I think, to everybody out there that is seeing what is happening here, that Members of the House who are calling for this report to be made public are attempted to be gagged.
