the whole thing about not knowing of the amendment of the gentleman from Massachusetts, I am a little fuzzy on that. I just cannot figure this out. The gentleman from New York stands up here and shows us a big sign that has the amendment of the gentleman from Massachusetts as it was written, has now been enlarged into a sign. I assume that means that he had that at the time.
