It is very apparent, I think, to everybody out there that is seeing what is happening here, that Members of the House who are calling for this report to be made public are attempted to be gagged.

With all the allegations that I have made as to the Speaker and the ethics, with all the other ones that the Members on this side have made, many of which are true, it has amazed me that not one Member of the majority party, not one…

That explains why it was not in the bill when it passed the House and the Senate.
