It does make a difference to me that a corporation, a billion, billion, billion-dollar corporation, is coming to Washington and wanting a handout in order to help do some research that they have got fully enough money to do themselves. It does make a difference to me that it is corporate welfare, and I do not believe in corporate welfare.
