One of my many small businessmen in my rural district, he has been in business for 30 years, he has approximately 25 employees. Does the gentleman know what he said? He said, the minimum wage should be increased. He does not pay the minimum wage. He starts people out at the minimum wage, but he says, people even starting out now at $4.25 cannot make it. If the gentleman wants his name, I will be glad to give it to him. His name is Pete Leukenhaus. He has a small business in Wentzville, MO. He believes that it should be increased had, not decreased, not held the same but increased.
