Well then, what the gentleman is telling me basically is I had hoped that what is good for the goose is going to be good for the gander, and if you are not going to permit further things like I would like to do or the gentleman from Pennsylvania would like to do, the Murtha amendment, et cetera that you are going to also protect other things that are in the bill that were put in committee.
