“I have an amendment at the desk. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following: SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Circulating Collectible Coin Redesign Act of 2020''. SEC. 2. REDESIGNED CIRCULATING COLLECTIBLE COINS. Section 5112 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: ``(x) Redesign and Issuance of Quarter Dollars Emblematic of Prominent American Women and Commemorating the 19th Amendment.-- ``(1) Redesign of quarter dollars beginning in 2022.-- ``(A) In general.--Effective beginning January 1, 2022, notwithstanding the fourth sentence of subsection (d)(1) and subsection (d)(2), the Secretary of the Treasury shall issue quarter dollars that have designs on the reverse selected in accordance with this subsection which are emblematic of the accomplishment of a prominent American woman.…”
