But in the end, Trump has to mean something. His leadership has to mean something. It has to improve the country. If he can't demonstrate that, then he's just going to be a polemicist, he's just going to be screaming from the rafters.

I think he's lost a lot of credibility among his colleagues on Capitol Hill, to say nothing of the distraction that he's creating for the administration.
