I think technology that is available now, as long as we do not create a new agency to do this technology, if we could effectively and efficiently access the technology that is out there right now, I think we could save a lot of man-hours just by using data that is available and that can be digested, synthesized, and spit back out in a way that helps us manage risk.

I think that, fundamentally, voters do understand that we have very, very low unemployment. They see it in their families, that everybody has jobs, everybody can get jobs, their jobs are paying slightly better.
