Is there a plan for what happens if this doesn't work, if the Iraqi brigades don't show up, if the police personnel don't stand up, if this is not successful--is there a plan, going forward?

I don`t think so. I do not believe that there will be enough votes to do that, but I do think there is an opportunity to talk about a lot of ethics reform, term limits, and maybe age limits since the idea of a lifelong appointment I think…
