If Chuck Schumer does this over and over again and he adds in gun safety, and he adds in some things like help with day care and elder care and he adds in infrastructure and things like that, if he does that and the Republicans continue to block and block and block, not only will we have a good midterm, we`ll have a historic victory in the midterms.

I think that, fundamentally, voters do understand that we have very, very low unemployment. They see it in their families, that everybody has jobs, everybody can get jobs, their jobs are paying slightly better.
