That does not make sense to me. If they have made the determination that this is appropriate, then it sounds to me that that is gobbledygook that would delay it for a year and a half before you would actually get it.

This is really, really bad. What they’re saying is, if you criticize the president of the United States, as an elected member of Congress, we will silence you.
This is all personal exercise for Donald Trump. He has endorsed Herschel Walker, therefore he will say whatever he needs to say to try to get him across the finish line because he sees it as a reflection on him.
