I believe there is still enough people, if you take the folks out of the Republican Party that aren`t blindly loyal to him and you put them with the rest of the country, that`s still a majority.

I think it would be very hard for him, with the abortion -- anti-abortion forces in this country that are totally Republican, I think it would be very hard for him to not let there be a vote.
