Maybe I'm not quite clear, but all of these things that we're exploring are assuming, No. 1, either we have the shuttle, and if you're going to save money by not doing the shuttle recertification in 2010, I am gathering that there won't be a shuttle after 2010 to do the heavy lift. That leaves us dependent upon international partners or somebody else to do the heavy lift after 2010?
