I regret to say that this bill should be called the Big Oil Gulf Monopoly Bill, because that is what it is.
I do not see how, with the problems we have, which are too much like Greece's problems with our debt...
The only thing I would add, I took a very high-level law school course on banking and bankruptcy.
This program is too important to our veterans to push aside for another day or in order to fund another initiative.
