Personally I am much less concerned about what companies are getting the funding, but if they are calling it 'stimulus for hiring U.S. workers,' I want to make sure they are hiring stimulus U.S. workers.
Bond emphasizes the importance of ensuring stimulus jobs are for U.S. workers, not overseas.
