The Magnuson Act is the contract with America that the people that use the fish will not damage the resource.

Part of this fairness, I believe, is that bad employees must be held accountable for their actions and for not doing all they should be doing for our veterans.

This allows us to advance the tech refresh cycle that actually pulls more contributors into innovating, and producing capabilities, that we can rapidly deliver to our Guardians.

We must accelerate change or lose.
