Making sure that taxpayers are not ripped off, and that the veterans get the medicine that they need is vital.

This law was a positive first step in addressing what was then a burgeoning epidemic of suicides in the veteran community.

Part of this fairness, I believe, is that bad employees must be held accountable for their actions and for not doing all they should be doing for our veterans.

I urge Congress to pass H.R. 1146, the Arctic Cultural and Coastal Plain Protection Act, recently introduced by Chairman Jared Huffman.
