Fraud is fraud. I think that no matter when it took place or how, we need an all-hands-on-deck approach to deliver justice.

this Basel rule, proposal in my mind, is a disaster from the standpoint we have just come through the COVID situation.

As much as I hate that bill and hate that rule, my intention on that was to make sure we minimize the effect of this bill or this rule because it originally was a horrendous thing.
