I can tell you I was part of the group that put the PPP program together. And I can tell you I was very strenuous in my concerns about allowing the fintech companies in.

As much as I hate that bill and hate that rule, my intention on that was to make sure we minimize the effect of this bill or this rule because it originally was a horrendous thing.

The continuation of that is going to be very, very important.
