I just want to again reiterate my thanks to the gentleman from California (Mr. Sherman) for his hard work on this issue. I know we had a little bump in the road last fall when we were working on this, and it was through his efforts that we were able to solve the problem. He's been tireless on this, and again today he's brought a lot of energy and information to this issue, and we certainly appreciate his support. I yield back the balance of my time.
