That is what I was getting to. As a result of these reports, we have come up with a bill. I have a bill filed. It will be coming up later on this month for a hearing in committee. The FDIC has put in place many of the same provisions of the bill already as protocols for their operations on how they handle situations like this. I think we are making progress. The problem is that DOJ has flipped the model of using FIRREA, which is a bank law that banks use to protect themselves against fraud, to now use that law against them. As a result, we need to stop that. That is part of the bill as well.
