The American economy is dependent upon the success of small businesses, and right now these businesses are in deep trouble. Government red tape and overly burdensome regulations choke off economic growth and suppress job creation.

Nothing could be further from the truth. I personally worked with former Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney on an earlier iteration of the CTA.

That is not a request by a letter. That is in the law that Congress passed. She is supposed to show up.
