So I think even the ranking member made my point a while ago when she said 27 banks, a total of $4.6 trillion. We have got a half dozen banks over $1 trillion, so we are talking about some small banks that are really going to have a small impact with regard to if they went down or not. That is what the purpose of this legislation, Dodd-Frank, was about: to stop the big guys from bringing the whole economy down. The ranking member, with all due respect, misses the entire point of what Dodd- Frank is supposed to be and what the intent of this bill is.
