I thank the gentleman from Kentucky. As you can see and hear from him, his very insightful explanation of the bill and its provisions, its effects on small businesses and consumers, he gave a very, very thoughtful explanation of it, and we appreciate his insights and concerns. There are lots of problems with the bill, and I appreciate Mr. Barr's comments. Next, we have the gentleman from Louisiana, (Mr. Johnson). Mike is going to be with us here. He is vice-chairman of the Republican Conference. He is going to continue to explain some of the problems and pitfalls with this tax proposal that is an unwieldy and, frankly, harmful bill to our people, our consumers, and especially the small businesses in this country.
