I don't know how you can say you are adequately doing it.

I hate this rule. I fought it from the very beginning and once it got implemented we were trying to figure out how to make it minimally impactful on our folks.

This is unbelievable. I can't get a straight answer. It took me 3 minutes to get an answer on that question.

As much as I hate that bill and hate that rule, my intention on that was to make sure we minimize the effect of this bill or this rule because it originally was a horrendous thing.
