I would like to have a minor discussion with the gentleman here. You made a couple of points here with regards to some of the discussions you had with regards to amnesty. Did one of the questions that you posed deal with the $450,000 payment that the President is proposing to all of the folks who come here illegally? Was that voted on or talked about at all in your discussion?
