I appreciate the comments of the gentleman from Oklahoma, who is a good friend and leader. We won't debate the outcome of the Cotton Bowl here in the well of the floor today--that will stand on its own merit--but I do appreciate his leadership on this very important health care issue. I appreciate his leadership on the Republican Policy Committee for our party and the work that he does tirelessly to communicate those in a way that is about serving the people, which is, at the end of the day, why we are here. Government should be here to serve the people, and we have not put the proper protections in place. What is good enough for the private sector and the States ought to be more than good enough for the Federal Government. Certainly, the American people are worthy of these kinds of protections. While I will say over and over again that ObamaCare is wrong for the American people--that it is wrong for hardworking Missourians and that it is certainly wrong for the people of the Second District--and that it needs to be replaced immediately before any more harmful provisions are implemented, at the very least, what the government can do is require that we report any security breaches on the ObamaCare Web site to these innocent victims who, through no fault of their own, trusted a government that has once again potentially deceived them. So, Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues again to vote ``yes'' on this commonsense measure.…
