the morale of the OFR was low, it makes one wonder about the leadership structure not to mention Director, the multiple ongoing audits, investigation of the OFR by the Treasury IG, the GAO's testimony today with its harsh criticism of your agency, for any agency that is very young, OFR has created a workplace that appears to outsiders and insiders to be completely dysfunctional.
