On June 30th, I was unable to be present in the House Chamber to cast my vote on pieces of legislation. If present, I would have voted NAY on the Previous Question (RC No. 130), NAY on H. Res. 1028 (RC No. 131), NAY on the DeFazio amendments En Bloc No. 1 (RC No. 132), and NAY on Pallone En Bloc No. 3 (RC No. 133). personal explanation
