to suggest that there is absolutely no correlation between the actions of the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and the problems faced by our community banks, credit unions, and, yes, our constituents, who are losing access to the capital necessary to do these things I just described, frankly is out of touch with the reality that those of us who have been sent here to represent these folks--our experience outside of this academic bubble known as Washington, D.C.
