I was wondering if I could ask the Senator from Missouri a question regarding just what he has said about this petition bill which the groups are trying to help with on the World Wide Web and Internet. Where do you find the most of the support coming from? Who has been out there knocking on the door offering their support, and, maybe more importantly, who has not been there when we have needed this type of help and support?
