That is correct. Say our projected revenues will be $1.6 trillion and because of the hard work of the American workers, it comes in at $1.7 trillion, that additional $100 billion really should benefit the taxpayers and workers of this country to pay off the deficit and not to be laid on the table for people to grab at it and spend it in different ways.
