I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the spending reduction account), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to designate the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, or any portion thereof, as a national monument under chapter 3203 of title 54, United States Code (commonly referred to as the ``Antiquities Act of 1906'').
