Thank you very much, Mr. Chair, for holding this timely hearing on an important issue which is our Nation's infrastructure.

We are here, and should be here, to make sure that Main Street America, and as I say, Main Street Minnesota, succeeds.

The bottom line is the best legislation comes from you folks, and to hear this in the Small Business.

Congress should not perpetrate this inequity.
