I rise today to congratulate Jilian Schoenfeld and Brayden VanDyke from Russell-Tyler-Ruthton High School for their first-place finishes at the FFA Winter Leadership Summit. Jilian placed first in the employment skills competition, and Brayden placed first in the English creed speaking event. Their hard work and commitment are a credit to their school and community. I congratulate Jilian and Brayden on their victories.
