The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used for regulating or requiring the disclosure of information or data with respect to scope 3 emissions (as defined in the proposed rule titled ``The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors'' published by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Federal Register on April 11, 2022 (87 Fed. Reg. 21334)) of producers. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 847, the gentlewoman from Minnesota (Mrs. Fischbach) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
