None of the funds made available by this Act may be used for regulating or requiring the disclosure of information or data with respect to scope 3 emissions (as defined in the proposed rule titled ``The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors'' published by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Federal Register on April 11, 2022 (87 Fed.
