I thank Randy Weber from Texas. Texans have stood up on this issue, and they've been fighting from the very beginning. But there's also another Member, who's a new Member of Congress, Mr. Kerry Bentivolio. Kerry Bentivolio, from Michigan's 11th District, has diligently worked not only to defund ObamaCare but to delay ObamaCare. He ran on that when he ran for office, and he has fulfilled that promise while he's been a Member of Congress. I yield to the gentleman from Michigan's 11th District, Mr. Kerry Bentivolio.
