The doctor is in the House. Mr. Speaker, we have a doctor in the House. We are all richly benefited by the presence of Dr. Steve Kagen in this Congress. He is one of the freshman Members who tells it like it is. Very few people are better qualified to talk about health care than he is. He is a physician. I think he was probably practicing right up until the day he got sworn in. We are all very honored to have you here again, Doctor. What do you have to say about this veto?
