If we applied the same regulatory regime on the medical profession, patients would have less access to trusted physician...
It is possible that some States will end up with No Child Left Behind light. I certainly hope that doesn't happen.
The Every Student Succeeds Act is a positive step forward in K-12 education.
We need to do better, and there are opportunities to do better.
