Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 2, line 6, insert ``that has been selected to carry out a demonstration project under this section'' after ``eligible entity''. Page 2, line 8, insert ``approved'' before ``application''. Page 8, line 15, strike ``Institution'' and insert ``Institute''. Page 13, line 12, strike ``and'' at the end. Page 13, line 16, strike the period at the end and insert ``; and''. Page 13, after line 16, insert the following: ``(5) collect and disseminate to eligible entities carrying out a demonstration project under this section, best practices with respect to demonstration projects under this section.''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 677, the gentleman from Minnesota (Mr. Kline) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Minnesota.
