Mr. Speaker, we have a chance today to prove that Congress can work in a bipartisan, or as my governor, Governor Jesse Ventura, constantly reminds me, in a tripartisan timely way to right a wrong, to respond to a horrible, horrible antifamily, cruel and heartless ruling by the IRS. This is aimed at this particular ruling, which can only bring more pain and devastation than the family of a missing abducted child can bear. We need to right this wrong. And we have a chance, with an overwhelming yes vote on H.R. 5117, to bring relief to these families who have already suffered so much. I want to finally, Mr. Speaker, thank again Patty Wetterling and the Jacob Wetterling Foundation for their work on this legislation and all their work throughout the year, every single day, to help families of missing children.
