Economist after economist told the Committee on Ways and Means why we should reduce the capital gains tax. As Allen Sinai put it, the capital gains tax reductions will "stimulate economic activity, increase jobs, capital spending and capital formation, improve national savings, increase entrepreneurship and raise economic output."
